iPhone 3G 16gb unlocked for Sale!
This unit is brand new and direct from the UK (LEGIT). Its not some blackmarket product from unknown origins, so you are assured it works fine.
I'm using one myself (white 16gb) from UK too. Got the two phones unlocked and ready to use in malaysia. Its jailbroken too, so you can install apps on it.
The price i'm asking is RM3,300 (nego), this is the market rates. You can try going to lelong.com.my to search and you may find iphones ranging from 2,600-3,500. The 8gb ones are going for 2,600-2,800 (maybe even 3,000) and the 16gb ones are going for 3,200 - 3,500 per unit.
I've unlocked mine the same way and its fine, no problems so far.

Realise by Colbie Caillat
I know this song have been out for some time now, but I only got time to post it now. This is one of my favourite songs. You seriously gotta check the lyrics out.
Take time to realize
That your warmth is
Crashing down on me
Take time to realize
That I am on your side
Well didn't I, didn't I tell you
But I can't spell it out for you
No it's never gonna be that simple
No I can't spell it out for you
If you just realize
What I just realized
That we'd be perfect for each other
And we'll never find another
Just realize
What I just realized
We'd never have to wonder
If we missed out on each other, now
Take time to realize
Oh oh, I'm on your side
Didn't I, didn't I tell you
Take time to realize
This could all pass you by
Didn't I tell you
But I can't spell it out for you
No it's never gonna be that simple
No I can't spell it out for you
If you just realize
What I just realized
That we'd be perfect for each other
And we'll never find another
Just realize
What I just realized
We'd never have to wonder
If we missed out on each other, but
It's not the same
No it's never the same
If you don't feel it too
If you meet me half way
If you would meet me half way
It could be the same for you
If you just realize
What I just realized
That we'd be perfect for each other
And we'll never find another
Just realize
What I just realized
We'd never have to wonder
If we missed out on each other
Just realize
What I just realized
That we'd be perfect for each other
And we'll never find another
Just realize
What I just realized
We'd never have to wonder
If we missed out on each other, now
Missed out on each other now
Missed out on each other now
Missed out on each other now owa, owa ohh

Apple iPhone 3G Unlocked
Apparently this guys uses a thin film of semiconductors (or some kind of electronic gadgetry) that is placed just over your sim card and inserted into the iPhone 3G together. The amazing thing is that the phone will think its a test sim card and allows itself to be unlocked and hook onto the service provider of your sim card.
This it seems will retain your phone's warranty as there is no changes done to the firmware and hardware. Thats definately good news, as the 1st gen iPhone needed a change of firmware to unlock it thus voiding the warranty by apple. Bad news is that the brazilian guys have no plans of selling this yet. Back to square one?? Not quite.
After searching around the internet more, I found a website selling that very same thin film of semiconductor that claims it can unlock the iPhone 3G. That website is alibaba.com, a site that provides a place for companies to sell their products online. Most of this companies that claim it can unlock the iPhone are mainly from China. However, I'm not sure if I can trust them.
Now the problem is how do I get my hands on an apple iPhone 3G which doesn't come with a 2 year plan/contract. I also wandered why nobody ever asked about the actual price of the phone. The $199 USD price tag for the iphone 3G is only applicable if you choose a 2 year plan on AT&T. But what is the price of the phone without any plan/contract attached to it??

Cristiano Ronaldo a slave?
Apparently Blatter said that football players nowadays are treated like Slaves to their club and the contract they are tied with. Ronaldo who is being in the media spotlight, agreed to what Blatter commented and said he feels being treated like a slave to Man Utd.
This comment have seriously angered me, how in the hell can someone who is being paid more than 100,000 thousand pounds a week being considered as a modern slave? The reason for him to leave to Real Madrid I could possibly come up with is (1) More money - in the region of 150-160 thousand pounds a WEEK, (2) to play for one of the most successful football club. But with the wages and conditions that Ronaldo receives at Man Utd is definately not slavery.
If that is slavery, what do you call the conditions of those poor kids that have to labour in horrible working conditions in 3rd world countries to make those football shoes he is wearing?? They get paid so low and treated so bad, it is even unspeakable to compare to what Ronaldo is getting right now.
If being a slave that gets paid GBP100,000 a week to play football, wear Armani or Gucci suits, and big money endorsements from giant sports apparel (nike or adidas) then tell me where to sign up. I wouldn't mind being a slave to that.

Apple iPhone 3G in Malaysia?
I have just read rumours that Maxis, one of our leading telcom provider has secured the franchising of the much hyped Apple iPhone 3G. If this is true, we malaysian will now able to purchase the phones legally and not through the black market with dodgy vendors that will not provide warranty on the phones.
What is even better news is that Maxis is rumoured to be selling it within the RM1,000 ringgit bracket. If this again is true, then my dreams of getting an Apple iPhone will finally come true.
This is great news for all us Apple iPhone lovers!
I reckon that in order for Maxis to sell the iPhone at such a price, it might be only opened to price plans of about RM150 a month and probably a tie up of 2 years (24 months). So this way Maxis will have its way of retaining that customer for 2 years on that plan. Lets do some simple maths to give you a better idea.
Phone Price - RM1,000 (not actual)
Plan Price - RM3,600 (24 months @ RM150 per month)
So the total price of actually owning the Apple iPhone would be in the region of RM4,600
but then again, this price includes the calls you make or will be making. You do need to look at the brighter picture, at least we can get it legally here now. No mess on unlocking the phone or will it work with my Service provider.
I bet Maxis's customer growth will significantly increase with the introduction of apple iphone into its product lineup. Good move by Maxis to secure this franchise. Digi will need to get those fat yellow guys to work harder to keep up with Maxis.
Now the question is when will Maxis officially release information to confirm the above rumour.
I can't wait..!!

3D hologram a reality
We would think such technology would only be available when we managed to travel through space in Hyperspace mode, well it's not. The people at The ICT Graphics Lab at USC have managed to create this 3D holographic effect. The video below shows a few example their experiment. It's soooo cool. Two dimensional TV will be the thing of a past once they've succesfully squeeze this technology into our homes.
Family Dinner @ Eric Tsang's Steamboat
Me and my family, only four (4) of us ordered the dinner steamboat set ( for 2 -3 person) and according to the captain that it will be sufficient for the 4 of us. We proceeded for it, as most of us were very hungry already.
We had the dual soup steamboat, one side we had the Tom Yam soup and the other we have the normal soup. The place is quite big and there were quite a number of patrons. Other than having the steamboat, you may also order ala-carte dishes serve with rice.
This is what I think of the restaurant, despite its prime "location" in Hartamas (where supposedly the rich people stays) the service and decor of the restaurant is rather dissapointing. It was very sub-standard feel to it... like those Hong Kong cafes Mong Kok or kim gary cafes.
Second was its service, the restaurant wasn't packed to the max but the service was slow. I mean we ordered the steamboat dinner set, and it took more than 20 minutes to prepare. Most of the ingredients is already pre-made, like the soups, fishballs, vege, etc. I dont understand why should it take so long to prepare, I had to ask the captain about it before I could see any sort of service or serving done on my table.
And now the most crucial part of all, the food. Apparently most of the food are prepared by the restaurant, meaning there is no commercially factory made fish-ball, meat balls, etc. The soups is good too, I dont sense there is any MSG used for the soups. The food are fresh and the soup is tasty. Overall not too bad, but the portion isn't big. At the end of the meal, I dont feel hungry but I dont feel satisfied as somehow it still lacked something.
Finally the bill for that night came up to RM87 something for 4 people (inc. a pot of tea and those pesky taxes). Sorry guys, I didn't bring my camera so didn't manage to post any pics. But I borrowed pictures from 3meals.blogspot and NST Online at least you peeps can see what it looks like.

My office
It's already 2 weeks into my new job at HSBC and I want to share with you my experience and feeling so far.
Well for starters, I'm back to a relatively medium sized cubicle (Genting Cubicle small). The increase in salary and benefits is definately very welcomed and I guess the management is another plus. An ang mo (white) company way of management is definately a big difference to the china man company (no offense ya).
My official office working hours starts from 8.45am to 5.45pm (mon-thurs) and on fridays I start at 8.45am and finishes at 4.45pm. Its a 5 days work a week and on fridays its casual wear. Although it seems like very nice working hours, but we dont really get to go home on time. Normally I will leave around 6 or 7 ish.. sometimes even 8 ish (Random one le - see work finish anot lu)
I take the LRT to work now. It saves me the hassle caught in the jam and looking for car park. I also save alot on money, because use less fuel and no car park fees.
One sad thing I found out is that this company got no Annual Dinner one wor.. So so sad.. I was wishing a huge company like HSBC will have a grand annual dinner. Hehehe.. the lucky draws should also be quite nice.. *wink wink. But to my surprise.. no annual dinner one. Sigh.

Formula WORK + SAVE = MONEY
One that works hard but is very unfortunate that everything doesn't go well for him/her,
then theres one that works hard and gets their just rewards and lastly the one that doesn't need to work and gets a comfy life.
I'm a believer in what you work, is what you get or rather how much you work, is how much you'll get and that there is no free lunch in this world. I was brought up in a manner where I need to work and earn for the things I want. As a kid I had to earn extra money by helping out around the house, like cleaning the toilet, repaint the walls, etc. And with the money I have earned and saved for months and even years, only then I could go and buy that "monopoly" board game that I had longed for. I have to admit that there are times when I actually get lucky and do get things when I asked from my parents, but they tend to come with promises and commitments (like scoring A's in the exams).
With that background, its hard for me to deal with certain people who do not need to work for a living and yet demands for something, in which they had not worked for. Its a fact of life that if you do not work for something, you wont get it.
The formula is simple WORK = MONEY. Some of you might say, there are lots of people out there who do not work and they are inherited with lots of Money. I will say its partly correct, because the person whom they inherited the Money is the person who actually WORKED for it.
That money that you inherit is not the outcome of your hard work.
So lets all work and achieve your goals with your own hands. You'll feel proud at the end of the day with your achievements.

Living Hell in my Workplace
The worse news is, I'm now stuck in a 3 months notice. It is very frusfrating, I need to leave. I feel like I'm being made jack-ass (sucker) everyday. I'd say just F*ck it and scr*w them. They kinda forget I'm the sole person responsible for their eMarketing initiatives, they wanna play the game.. I will play the game with them. Let see who will be in a shit hole when I leave.

Justin's Top 5 of 2007 / 08
The year 2007 have just passed and we have already ushered in the new 2008. Many great things happened back in 07 and many great things will happen in 2008 (most notably will be China Olympics). So with so many great things that happened and will happen, I've gathered what are my Top 5 picks.
Number 5
The Apple iPhone is at No.5 of my list is because in the mobile world, none other had such an impact than this little baby here. Just about everybody I know wanted one. Its stylish, simple and just oozes with class. This little gadget here might not be packed with the latest features available on the market, but for those who want to make fashion statement, this is the ultimate accessory. You know you would want to be caught holding one of these at a party or a club.
Number 4At number 4, we have the colorful LCD displays by Sony. This LCD series by Sony can be seen a mile away with the colorful LCD casings (Pink, Red, Blue & white). But apart from its bright colors, the displays on the LCD is also truly amazing and sharp. With the cheapest at RM3,499 (32-inch, pls correct me i'm wrong), the sony bravia would bring 'sexy back' into your living rooms.
Number 3
Here at number 3 is the newly launched Mac Air by Apple. This Super thin Macbook shouts STYLE all over. Pull this out from your bag and place it on the table at your favourite Starbucks and you'll get eyeballs staring non-stop. Truly a magnificent design, the only bad side I come up is that it doesn't have a built-in DVD drive. You'll need an external drive when you wanna watch those DVDs.
Number 2
Rightfully at Justin's number 2 spot is the Bell & Ross watches. These two above is Limited editions with a price tag no less than RM20,000 a piece. Want to be up there with the big boys but want to escape from wearing those conservative looking Rolex and Patek watches? Then Bell & Ross is the perfect timepiece accessory. Sporty, young and trendy is what you'll get when you slap one of these on your wrist. Definately a must in my wish-list.
Number 1
The number 1 spot in my list goes to the 2008 Mercedes Benz C 350 avantgarde. This baby not only drives and handles superbly but the looks are stunning. Stick some 20" inch chrome rims, AMG bodykit and tinted windows and you are pimped up. The C350 comes with Bi-Xenon lamps, AWD, electric seats, etc the list just goes on. This will definately shout that you've finally reached up there with the big boys.

Yesterday
More importantly it was a very nice feeling to have her to plan something out of the blue. A nice twist to a mundane and routine week.
I hope this sort of thing happens a tad more regular.

Hello Kitty zapper
Most of us will be very familiar with the OSIM uZap. A big belt straped onto your waist and will vibrate with a click of a button. Now all you Hello Kitty fans out there, you can lose those inches while looking good with the Hello Kitty Slender Shaper. I'm just curious if anyone would actually buy one of those things but you'll never know...

Paris Hilton's Birthday Party
Another year have passed and you'd think she'll get wiser with each passing year. Hmm... apparently that wasn't the case. First it was Hugh Hefner's B'day party when she just attended the party with just her bra and panties (which I dont really mind at all), now she decided to host her own party with a similar stunt.
I was thinking is it actually her birthday party? or was it everyone at the party the one celebrating their birthdays? That is because everybody at the party was treated to a nice show by Paris.
She appeared donning just her undies. Wish you there?

A Caricature of me! ... Is that really me?
Hohoho.. I went to a Grand Opening event today afternoon at Fraser Business Park in Kuala Lumpur. Me & a colleague reached there at about 11.30am and we were just on time (It stated the event starts at 11.30am) and as usual, the place was only half full - pathetic Malaysian time culture.
Anyways it had very nice and grand canopy setup for the event. It was about 3 to 4 shop lots wide. They had someone dressed as God of Prosperity (Choy San Yeh), 6 lions for the Lion Dance, two artist for the caricature, 2 Caligraphy writer and 2 fortune teller.
At about 12 noon with almost all the seats taken up, they begun the event with a speech by the Managing Director. Phew.. lucky it lasted only 15 minutes and soon the they officiated the opening with the Lion Dance and the firecrackers. Once that was done, we could start Lunch.
The lunch wasn't bad. It was a buffet style, and I believe catered by Le Meridian (oo Posh). Once lunch was over, I went over to the fortune telling booth and got my palms read by the lady. She said my health was something to look at carefully, and that my career will be looking-good (apparently I dont think so - maybe not yet). Ah Yes, she also said I will be probably be having 4 children and that they will be very obedient and loving (thats comforting). She didnt disclose how many wives that would bare those 4 children of mine though. *Blek Hahaha.. I'm a one woman guy.. no worries my dearest K.
And I got a caricature of myself done too. Hehehe look at the picture above and see if it looks anything like me.
